Apply between 7–21 January 2026
⭐ Many universities in Finland use the 7–21 January joint application at Studyinfo.fi for September 2026 study start admissions.
In the joint application, you can apply to up to six (6) programmes with one application form. You can be offered several study places and choose which place you wish to confirm.
The results of the joint application to programmes in English will be published from early February onwards. All results will be published by 27 May 2026.
Application fee
❗ Applicants from outside the EU, EEA or Switzerland are required to pay an application fee in order to apply to higher education studies.
Do you have questions about applying?
❓ If you have questions relating to your application, first you should check out the application advice at Studyinfo.fi and on the website of the university you are applying to.
Should you need more detailed application advice, then contact the Admissions Services of the university in question. You'll find the universities’ Admissions Services contact details at Studyinfo.fi.

Separate applications can already be available
💡 Some degree programmes are not included in the joint application, and therefore have a different application period. Degree programmes using "separate applications" (for example, rolling admissions) can already have their admissions open during late 2025.
