More than 1,500 universities worldwide were included in the 2027 ranking. Finnish universities secured strong positions across the board:
- 123 – University of Helsinki
- 126 – Aalto University
- 360 – University of Oulu
- 390 – LUT University
- 398 – University of Turku
- 436 – Tampere University
- 521 – University of Jyväskylä
- 626 – University of Eastern Finland
- 670 – Åbo Akademi University
Together, these results place Finnish universities firmly among the top third worldwide.
